Jordan Tolman brings over two decades of experience in real estate and construction law and operations, having worked with numerous developers and operators of projects at all sizes. As a dealmaker, Jordan is known for creative solutions that deliver maximum value for all parties. He has multifaceted experience in all aspects of the construction contract process, adjoining owner access agreements, management of multifamily properties and rent regulation laws. Prior to joining Silverback Development, Jordan was a Partner at Levy Tolman LLP, where he represented multifamily and commercial property owners and developers. Jordan also served as Associate General Counsel at Stonehenge NYC.
Jordan received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. His philanthropic efforts include his involvement with the UJA for many years, as well as a number of additional committees.
