
Chase Bank will open a new retail location at the base of HERO LIC, new luxury residential condominium by Silverback Development featuring architecture and interior design by Woods Baggot. The 3,697 square foot commercial space has been leased for a 10-year term.
HERO LIC, located at 24-16 Queens Plaza South, Long Island City, is a comprised of 109 residential units and one ground floor commercial unit. Previously a five-story office building, Silverback Development constructed 17 stories atop the existing structure. The owner of the existing five story structure, The Kirsh Family headed by Roy Kirsh, retained ownership of the commercial unit. Silverback Development has since substantially completed development of the project, obtaining TCO for all residential units as well as the commercial space in December 2019.
