24-16 QUEENS PLAZA

Silverback acquired a 120,000 SF mid-construction residential tower in Long Island City, New York. Silverback plans to redesign and complete the construction of the building in Q4 2019. The building will be comprised of 109 condominium units, with ground floor retail. 24-16 QPS includes over 20,000 SF of amenity space including a full service fitness center, sky lounge with deck and mezzanine level patio.
