131 East 47th Street

From May 2020 to October 2021, Silverback Contractors served as the developer for a ground-up, $280,000,000 condominium project located at 131 East 47th Street, New York, New York. The 35-story tower designed by Ismael Leyva Architects contains approximately 2,650 square feet of retail at it's base, 191 residential units and over 10,000 square feet of amenities, as well as several landscaping features and sky lounges. Silverback was selected as the developer following a competitive RFP process.
